Mediation in the Galleries at the Denver Art Museum

Unwind from your week with a mindfulness meditation session in the galleries of the Denver Art Museum, led by our partners from the Kadampa Meditation Center.

Whether you are a first-timer to meditation or enjoy a regular practice, all are welcome to join in on this "happiness hour" of relaxation, reflection and quiet calm.

Chairs, yoga mats and meditation cushions provided.

No registration necessary, but space is limited.

Adult programs are supported by William Randolph Hearst Endowment for Education Programs, Nancy Benson Education Endowment Fund, CenturyLink Endowment, James Kelley and Amie Knox Education Endowment Fund, and the citizens who support the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD).
