At the Golden Library, 45 people rang in the New Year with a balloon drop and popped bubble wrap at noon. Families danced and made crafts, kazoos, party hats, Resolutions Stars and 2017 calendars. Parents love the event, they said, mentioning it has been years since they have been able to stay up until midnight on New Year's Eve!
