Letter to the editor: Salvation Army says thanks

The Golden Salvation Army Service Extension Unit would like to offer its sincere thanks to everyone in Golden who either helped ring the bells for the red kettle fundraising campaign over the holidays or so generously donated to it.
Thanks to our community’s caring support, Salvation Army raised $26,459.78. And 90 percent of which will stay in Golden to assist Golden residents in need with rents, utilities, and prescription drugs.
Golden’s heart for others was truly evident. Thank you!

Lynn Vaseleski,
Golden
