Share discoveries and insights in the company of fellow travelers on the cancer journey, from newly diagnosed to long term survivors and caregivers. Through practices of communication, self-compassion, meditation, movement and mindful eating, MBSR participants learn to meet life's challenges with equilibrium and skill.
