Back in 2015 the Golden City Council awarded an $800,000 contract to Team Pain to redesign the Ulysses Skate Park into a state-of-the-art facility.

Work began that fall, and now, a year and a half later, the new park has reopened. As of April 22, the redesigned park is open for business.
